To make sure your order gets to you as soon as possible, we use different carriers. Orders will be shipped Standard Tracked with either PostNL, DPD or DHL.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking code included. Please note that it may take up to 24/48 hours for your tracking information to be updated.
It is your responsibility to review your shipping address and information before completing a purchase. However, please message us when you still have not received your order. If the package has been returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or when you didn't pick up the package, the shipping fee to ship it again will be at your own expense. If you would like to cancel your order after not picking up the package, you will be responsible for the original shipping fee, this fee will be deducted from the amount you have paid for the order.
