A moisturizing toner that contains 68.09% oat-based ingredients to deliver superior moisturizing and calming benefits. The lightweight milky texture prevents the rapid evaporation of moisture like a moisture cream. Enriched with Oat Seed Water to provide calming relief to sensitive skin while restoring balance in tandem, and Oat Kernel Extract to maintain moisture levels and prevent dryness. Further formulated with Beta-Gucan to replenish and protect the skin’s moisture barrier, delivering long-lasting hydration.
